Assessments: $120 quarterly starting January 1, 2024
Due dates:
January 1st- late after 1/5
April 1st- late after 4/5
July 1st- late after 7/5
October 1st- late after 10/5
Late fee of $25
You can prepay the rest of the year at anytime. The prepayment will remain on the account and as the assessments are applied, the prepayment will reduce.
***Note about account balances: if there is a (-) in front of the balance this is a prepaid credit. This will remain on the account until it is reduced.
What can you do about the prepaid credit?
1. You can temporarily stop the next automatic payment(s) until the credit is used up.
2. You can submit a request to info@goodwintx.com and request a refund of overpayment. Include your account number and address. It can take about 14 business to process this request.

Association ID for online payments- AGNR
Please include the Association name and property address on all payments.
If you use a third-party vendor to submit payments, like TownSq or Alliance Association Bank, you must agree to their user fees for the service they provide.
TownSq
- Login to TownSq at https://app.townsq.io/login
- From the top of your home page feed, select the account you’d like to make a payment on.
- Click “make a payment” to choose from a menu of options including paying your open balance, set up a recurring payment or making a one-time custom payment.
*Note: You can view your current account balance in this online payment portal.
Link Multiple Accounts in TownSq:
To add an account, please log in to your TownSq account, on a computer via the website, then follow the steps below:
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner
- Select Accounts from the drop-down menu
- In the center of the page under your property address, click on Add account
- Enter your account number, zip code, and last name
- Click on Continue
- Enter your email address to add this account to your TownSq user email and click on Continue
- Agree to the terms of use and you're done

Be sure to include your HOA account number which is located on your billing statement. You can reach out to goodnightmanager@goodwintx.com to request your HOA account number.
You select how to submit your payments. We are unable to change this for you. Any edits to payments are your responsibility to make.
If you elect to sell the house/ unit, the account will be deactivated once the ownership transfer is completed in the accounting database. Any refunds will be mailed to the mailing address provided by the title company.
Delinquent accounts- as with any business, the association board has a fiduciary responsibility to collect on delinquent accounts. The association utilizes services from third-party collection agents to assist with the collection of outstanding debt.
