Request Architectural Approval

Read the following information prior to submitting your request: 

> IMPORTANT: Upload detailed plans that contain dimensions, location on the property, materials (type and color). 

Missing plans can delay the review process. 

> Missing information can cause the review clock to reset. 

       ***Owners are responsible to be on the lookout for emails requesting additional information and upload requested information.

>New owners must wait until the new owner account is activated by Goodwin Management. This can take 2- 4 weeks after closing, once the new owner's title documents have been processed. 

>There are no RUSH requests. Submit requests at least 30 days before starting the project.

> Goodnight Reviewer will attempt to review all applications and submittals within thirty (30) days after submission. (Design and Landscaping Guidelines IX B)

Please plan construction activities to allow sufficient time for submittals and review as outlined above, and for obtaining Final Approval prior to commencement.

The Goodnight Reviewer has 60 days to review. Failure to do so will result in the plans and specifications to be deemed disapproved. (Master Covenant 6.04 (c))
